Powered by Mautic (open source), Forge is integrated seamlessly with Factory.
What Forge Does
Contact Management
A single source of truth for contacts across all your groups. Forge maintains bidirectional sync with Factory — when someone joins a group, their contact record is created or updated in Forge automatically. Changes flow both ways.
Marketing Automation
Email campaigns, drip sequences, and automated workflows. Forge handles delivery tracking, open rates, and click-through analytics so you can measure what's working and adjust.
Engagement Metrics
Tracking engagement across platform touchpoints — email opens, link clicks, form submissions, and page visits. Future integrations with Command (Postiz) will bring social media engagement metrics into the same picture.
CRM Features
Contact fields, tags, segments, and deal pipelines. Organize contacts by any criteria, apply tags for quick filtering, and build segments that update dynamically as contact data changes.
Integration
Webform submissions sync directly to Forge contacts. Webhooks drive real-time automation between Factory and Forge. Group membership maps to Forge segments, so your marketing lists stay current without manual work.

Forge is powered by Mautic, an open source marketing automation platform. We chose Mautic because it's self-hosted (your data stays yours), actively maintained, and extensible. The "Forge" name reflects how it fits into our ecosystem — it's where relationships are forged. As a verb, it means to shape metal, create something with effort (e.g., forge a relationship), and it also refers to moving forward steadily or with sudden speed. We think this fits perfectly.
