How We Think About Free

We don't use "free" as a way to get you in the door and then charge for what matters. We identify a core set of features that every person should have access to — and we commit to keeping them free. That commitment doesn't expire, and it doesn't come with upsell pressure.

When we add paid plans, they're designed for people and organizations who need more — more groups, more tools, more support. The free features don't shrink to make room. They grow alongside everything else.

Free Means Free

We will always seek to identify and maintain a core set of features that remain free. Not "free trial." Not "free until we change our minds." Real value for real people, with no expiration date. See how we handle email delivery — it's a good example of putting people before metrics.
