What this is
A Group is how a few dozen to a few hundred people (or even thousands) stay in touch without anyone bolting a spreadsheet to a mailing list. One address. Members join, leave, even update their own contact details if you want. Emails route to the right people. Replies land where they should. The roster stays current much more easily.
